Osprey Point Guest Suite

An over-the-garage addition with guest accommodations; newly built, with a nautical, 'always been there' feeling.

After a flood destroyed parts of this 1940's coastal cape, three rooms were expanded and brightened for a light and airy atmosphere.

A long overdue reimangining of a 1978 kitchen, with added space and functionality, and a sleek modern look, with colors inspired by a mountian lake.

Using the existing footprint of the original kitchen, this seaside cottage kitchen has a bold new appearance.
