Each tier builds on the one prior. If all you're looking for is a bit of guidance to get started, then Tier 1 is all you need. Should you want detailed plans for your trades to follow, then you'll also want to incorporate Tier 2 in your design service plan. If you require or desire assistance all the way through to the completion of your project, you'll want to select Tier 3.
